Whose products do we offer?

Should you require finance to assist with the purchase of a vehicle, we can introduce you to a limited number of lenders and finance products. If you request it, we can provide a list of lenders we work with.

Which services will we provide you with?

Avon Car Sales Ltd offer a non advised service. We will provide you with options for an optional warranty through an intorduced third party, and in no way offer any advice or personal recommendations. We will provide all of the relevant information in order for the customer to make an informed decision.

What will you have to pay us for our services?

No fee is payable by you for our services. A lender may pay us for introducing you if you go ahead and take finance from them for the purchase of your vehicle.

Who regulates us?

All Avon Car Sales Ltd legal entities are authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority, either as a principal or an appointed representative. Your document if you enquire on a vehicle will confirm which legal entity you are dealing with.

Our permitted business is to act as a broker for consumer finance products.

Are we covered by the Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FSCS)?
